In today’s healthcare environment, surgeons have the added challenge of practicing medicine with financial responsibility. ICONN exists to provide products for our surgeon customers that allow them to treat their patients with cutting edge technology while making a significant financial impact on the healthcare industry. We achieve this by designing the most innovative and cost effective orthopedic devices in the world. We believe that device costs can be cut by at least 50% across the board, while not just maintaining the quality of care, but improving it.
Whitt earned an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and has 10 years of healthcare sales experience working with both surgeons and administrators. He has successfully overseen five projects from concept to FDA approval at ICONN.
Geoffrey Connor, MD
July 31, 1974 – April 28, 2021
Dr. Connor passed away on April 28, 2021 after a long battle with cancer. He fought the disease for over three years with the same level of tenacity and positivity with which he approached everything in life, including founding ICONN. We are forever grateful for his vision and commitment which laid the foundation for our company. Dr. Connor was a skilled surgeon and an even better person, with a list of passions and accomplishments that would fill many lifetimes. As much as his guidance and ideas will be missed corporately, most of all we’ll miss our friend. Our goal is to continue to build a company that he would be proud to have founded.
In honor of Dr. Connor, every April we will donate a portion of sales to the following causes, which were close to his heart:
The Rucker Collier Foundation (www.ruckercollierfoundation.com)
The Colorectal Cancer Alliance (www.ccalliance.org)
